Meet and Greet Request

Things to note before you submit your request:

• Your meet and greet pass does not grant you access into the venue.  You WILL need a purchased ticket to attend both the concert and the meet and greet.

• We do not have control over age limits-please check with the venue before you submit your request

• The time for the meet and greet is always up to change. Please be available to arrive to the concert by the door/gate time if you are submitting a request.

• Once confirmation emails have been sent out, you can not cancel your request (and it will count as your one meet and greet per year).

• You are allowed one guest to join you at the meet and greet.  You will need to provide your full name (as the member) and the guest’s full name on the form below.  Please do not try to bring more people with you; as only one guest will be allowed.

• Confirmation emails will be sent at some point during the week before the show (usually 24-48 hours before).  The confirmation email will have explicit instructions about what you need to do.

• If you have recently signed up for the fan club, and have not yet received your membership package, you can still submit a request without your membership number.

• You are only allowed one meet and greet per year. We cannot guarantee that everyone’s requests will be confirmed.  Please submit requests early to ensure that you will have the chance to meet the band.  Although we allow you one meet and greet per year, we do not promise that all requests will be fulfilled.  Therefore again please submit early and note that some venues/cities will be more popular than others and that you may need to choose an alternate location to use your mng pass.

• Show available for reservation won’t be added until roughly 60 days out.  We will not know if meet and greets will occur until that time.  We do not recommend you hold off on submitting requests for the possibility for a show at the end of the year as that show may not have a meet and greet or it may fill up quickly.  Although you are allowed one meet and greet per year, you are not guaranteed one per year.

• Due to schedule and venue limitations we may not be able to accommodate all meet and greet requests (certain cities and certain venues are more popular than others - you might want to keep that in mind while choosing which show to place a request). We apologize if a show you are attending is not available for reservations (the meet and greet may already be full, or the ability to hold the meet and greet may be unclear at the current time). Please understand that the band’s schedule and/or the venue set up sometimes makes it impossible to hold a meet and greet.
